的确是很不容易,却也不愿放弃,现在的主要问题是有点怀疑是不是CV格式或表达上有问题,导致HR看不懂或理解上有出入,所以来论坛请求大家的帮助...

从cv的角度看, 写的很好.

增加个summary就完美了.

A company LAN Design

As a second semester commercial software engineering management student, 开头就写的不好,如果我看到第一句话,我肯定把你当应届生,然后就把简历放一边去了。你既然有三年的工作经验,就不要把自己定位在一个学生找工作的角色。summary全部重改,一开始就写上你有工作经验在哪个领域,熟悉什么技术。part time的咖啡馆工作是做什么的?如果跟IT没关系,就不用写在summary里了吧。
I have good experience in hardware, software maintenance and website building.到底你熟哪方面?硬,软,网站都懂?这样的人适合什么工作?请根据你要应聘的职位来改这句话,面面俱到的人现在非常之不受欢迎。你要找的是专业工作。所谓专业是有针对性的。 I also improved my Java skill after I finished E-Market Trading Technology. 你的简历的问题就是完全看不出你的技术优势。请把你的responsibility好好整理一下,再认真写一些项目经验,项目经验如何写,格式前面有。多多强调你的技术吧。

你的简历已经不错了,我觉得如某个前辈说的,毕业生投简历就是体力活,继续投吧!但记住投了简历还要打电话去跟中介沟通,争取面试机会。

不要放弃。要么,还可以考虑回国投大型跨国公司或者上市公司的会计职位,2~3年后,所得经验都还是可以被澳洲本地承认的,当然打些折扣。
