工作经历,最近的要多写点,最远的要少写点,你写的1998-2000的经历太多了。而且都是不值钱的东西,比如算工资什么的。都不用写
我觉得你主攻的方向是credit and loan,这方面你有很强的优势。关键是缺local的经验。你网上用关键词credit,loan,搜索一下看看人家什么要求,再改你的简历。小银行比较适合你这样的多面手。一般能开到60-70K .不过第一份工难一点。在强调你load方面经验时要突出通用的可以transfer的技术,比如计算能力等。还要写点achievements。
第二可以考虑的是trade finance,不过有点屈才了,而且工资不高。一般在45-55K。如果你要申请这个位置,你要改你的简历,往LC方面靠,这里做import, export,advising, 的中国人很多,但contacting customer都是老外. (currency booking应该你也能做)
第三是risk management了,这可能需要local的学历才行,很多计算和internal management的东西,刚来不太可能。

长期的职业发展偶建议你不要离开银行届,争取先找份小银行,什么都做,然后慢慢跳。5年的工作经验,回国基本做中高层了。国内外资银行现在缺人啊。

沟通能力是个综合能力

我个人觉得首先要不怕,再者就要多练。

不怕,不怕说错,不怕对视,不怕听不懂,不怕多问。
多练,多练看电视,多练和陌生人讲话,多练精确地表达自己的意图。

一句话,走出去、请进来。走出去,到外面去接触英文,去和别人交流;请进来,想方设法多参与一些社区活动,一些语言课程,一些免费的政府提供的寻工辅导。多利用免费的图书馆资源,到图书馆去看杂志看小说看报纸借录像借碟片和图书管理员们唠嗑……

短时间内想提高自己的沟通能力,就得这样去磨练……

很多情况下,对方以沟通拒人只是一个借口;如果是自己得出的结论,也要避免个人心理暗示.

挺好,就差个培训经历,还有最好加一两句话介绍每个工作过的公司,部门,职位什么的.

那个Qualification Summary好像有点怪,没见人用过.

总的来说这份简历写得非常好,用词很准确,条理清楚。不太熟悉手机行业得情况,所以偶实在改不出来什么东西。 对不起
我觉得你得问题已经不是简历得问题了,而是你得职业发展道路。在中国,你得职业道路很清楚,从工程师到项目经理到产品经理,10年在一个行业。MBA得学历也有了,接下来可以进中层做department manager了。但过来了要重新开始。 你要想一下在你得这份简历中有哪些是这里雇主appreciate得东西,哪些是没有用得。自己职业怎么发展。据我所知手机行业在这里得marketing职位还是很多得。但技术性得职位就不知道了。你自己多找找相关得职位,然后看看怎么customize你得简历。由于你做过不同得职务,所以customize你得简历很重要。如果你能找到专业对口得职位,那做5年前途无量得。但如果你从头开始做技术,那就有点屈才了。不好意思,对行业不熟,不敢说很多。但如果你得英语没有问题,那应该有机会得。这里人少,所以手机产品更新没有那么快,而且都是off shore生产得。所以估计产品经理得位子不多,但telecom行业不错,而且marketing得职位也有,project management得职位也有。努力多找找吧

写简历请用简单句,连接词去掉,用事实去加强语气吧。but also放在这里感觉很奇怪。
•To be confident to say that I’m the expert in making my work in various circumstance and working stress.
和上一句一样,你不是在写报告,用最简练的词和句子,只要写你干的什么事,干的怎么样,干了多久,其他一切废话去掉。简历最重要的就是让看的人一目了然,一眼扫过去就能知道你做什么,从而引起别人的兴趣。

工作职责太多,太烦,跳重要得写。注意要能在这里用上的经验
第三个工作,5个月,就不要写了
很多名词和公司缩写,让人看不明白,其实重要的是你做什么,而不是给那家客户做。

楼主过来如果英文好应该有很多机会的。找找tuckwell这家中介的广告。10年的经验,ERP,MRP,SAP,懂海运相关文件等等都是楼主的特色。这些特色要让人一目了然!

根据老大卫指示,修改了一下,wording问题不大,就是LZ成就太多,不梳理梳理中介一时半会儿看不完,看不懂,也就不看了。一定要精简在精简,吸引住眼球,拿到面试机会就行了,其他的留着interview的时候再说!这个,信息啊,太多了,就滥了,受众就疲倦了。

请问QQYANG, 1.依照我的情况,我该申请什么方面的工作啊
2.我英语不是很好,以前中介面试后,和接完中介电话后就没有下文了,我一直纳闷,到底哪里出了问题啊,是不是语言啊?
3.如何申请比较 高的职位,行吗,我没有CPA证.还有很傻的问一下,CA就是会计师吗,与国内的中级职称是一回事吗?

真是苦闷死了,搞了几个月了,目前对自己很没有底气.

我觉得你得问题已经不是简历得问题了,而是你得职业发展道路。在中国,你得职业道路很清楚,从工程师到项目经理到产品经理,10年在一个行业。MBA得学历也有了,接下来可以进中层做department manager了。但过来了要重新开始。 你要想一下在你得这份简历中有哪些是这里雇主appreciate得东西,哪些是没有用得。自己职业怎么发展。据我所知手机行业在这里得marketing职位还是很多得。但技术性得职位就不知道了。你自己多找找相关得职位,然后看看怎么customize你得简历。由于你做过不同得职务,所以customize你得简历很重要。如果你能找到专业对口得职位,那做5年前途无量得。但如果你从头开始做技术,那就有点屈才了。不好意思,对行业不熟,不敢说很多。但如果你得英语没有问题,那应该有机会得。这里人少,所以手机产品更新没有那么快,而且都是off shore生产得。所以估计产品经理得位子不多,但telecom行业不错,而且marketing得职位也有,project management得职位也有。努力多找找吧


去了趟堪培拉,刚回来,看了老大卫认真的回复,感动中。分析绝对到位,可以看出老大卫是花了精力认真看这份简历的。你提出的修改地方我现在看看是写得不够好。

最让我佩服的是你看出了我的困惑,在国内觉得自己选择的面很大,因为猎头找我的都是manager的职位,不需要太多的技术的东西,行业的限制我也觉得很小(差点去了照明行业)。 但实在受不了对蓝天白云的向往来到这里,前两周胡投了一番简历,从测试工程师到咨询公司顾问,能搭上边的seek上都看不完,几轮电话面试下来发现自己的问题还是定位的问题。国内好容易把自己从做技术的转了过来,到这里再回头有点不甘心。但做产品经理,一来基本要靠说,国内和中国人拼英文还勉强混混,这里和老外竞争实在没有底气,很多东西说不到位;二来这里基本没有手机的产品经理,有的只是手机某个应用的产品经理,精度又不够。如果论对手机了解的广度,呵呵,不是吹牛,我相信在澳洲我也能有个排名吧。

项目管理方面,要和人打交道,也是基本靠说的,不知道我这英文够不够,还有就是没有证书(自己也在考虑要不要去考个证书)。Marketing方面我是不敢想的,产品经理虽然和市场有点关系,但毕竟只是很小一部分,而且marketing对语言的要求估计更高。 不过我也做好最坏打算了,呵呵,大不了洗碗吗,决不打退堂鼓回国。多谢老大卫的鼓励,继续努力。
