看了你的summary，觉得就象你自己说的一样，就是多而杂。属于多面手。以后如果真的申请某个位置，建议有针对性的一份一份修改，你要针对不同的机会，详细的改，找出你自己最擅长，最和这份工作match的地方来改summary.不要贪多贪全，做过的也不一定非要写。

不知道你有没有对比seek.com.au广告中的job description想过自己的优势在哪里？劣势在哪里？怎么去填补劣势？或者说把这个劣势淡抹掉，说圆。

你应该在工作经验之前，用简短的文字，一条条的概括自己的优势，譬如X year Financial Analyst experience in banking industry;另起一行！ Experience in XXX (ERP) system; X year banking customer service experience........这样，agent可以很快地看到你的优点，不必去仔细琢磨你下面那么多的信息，他们很忙得，没时间看完，最多20秒一份简历，看到闪光点就看到了，看不到就delete了。

还有就是，你做Financial Analyst期间，作了什么，好像没有说啊。如果你要投的是Financial Analyst得职位，你就要突出这段经历，如果是customer service representative职位你就要突出sale信用卡那段！否则，别人也是看不懂你要什么的。

我觉得，你要么去做Financial Analyst，要么去做银行或者信用卡公司的Customer Service Office之类的职位，这是两条路，你要自己看清楚，想清楚。

除了把简历注册上网和email到雇主和agent的邮箱，你还要在发完建立后，勤打电话给agent，promote自己的优势，提请他们的关注，这样会大大增加你求职成功的可能性，不至于让自己的简历淹没在茫茫email的海洋中。

半年了还没有理清头绪，你的简历或者你求职的思路肯定有问题，自己要多审视，多看论坛里的帖子，我想应该有很多值得你借鉴的地方！

Yes, your experience is really great, so that lead to issue of overqualify.  You should not just apply that junior position, that mis-match your experience and the position.  Think about it, the CFO coudn't do better data entry job than a trained school leaver.  That's the common sense to you as well as agents/employers.

So don't be upset, and keep seeking for the positions that matched your prior experiences.  Sydney is the economic core of Australia, that would bring you opportunities to kick in the industry.

And your Chinese experience is valuable, try to find some transferable skills and knowledge in it, and promote them to the agents/employers.  Sometime, they would be confident to you when you are confident to yourself.

And finally, you should call agents, not just waiting for their response.

Why not try more agent's advertisement?  The large agent, i.e. Michael Page, Hays, Hudson, etc.,do have industry knowledge and a big talent pools that can help you aware your situtation.  And I have to point it out again as I mentioned in other places, in Australia, over 90% positions are controlled by agents, if you don't want to go through agents, definitely you missed a lot of opportunities to kick into the career.  And your communication skills and interpersonal behaviour would be also in doubt.

You can't afford to ignore the importance of English, it's a good chance to practisee English when you call/talk to agent.

你的简历不错，背景也挺好，可能是还没遇到合适的机会吧，或者就是你应聘的职位比你的经验来说太junior了，有over qualified的问题。另外你跳槽MS很频繁。你的稳定性可能也是很大的concern,你要想一下如何把这个问题解决好。因为你都没写公司，是不是有一些工作是在一个集团下面的？还是有一些职位只是内部调动？如果是这样，建议改成这种格式

我的问题就是没有什么经验，而且没有自己的专业（国内是英语本科，硕士也是英语语言学方面的）。在澳洲来了3年，前一年半都是在newsagency打工。去年2月份开始学习customs broker的课程，找到一份进口公司的shipping assistant的工作。今年4月份动了换工作的心思，因为做的事情太简单，而且对我学的customs课程没有帮助。很快我就通过agent找到了现在的工作，在一家freight forwarder做customs clerk (job registration). 可是我干了3个多月却一点都不开心，很迷茫。

先说说我现在工作的公司吧，公司不算大，20个人，是典型的家族企业，老爸也是老板和两个儿子一个女儿都在这儿工作，儿子女儿好像工作都不卖力，感觉很不好。人员流动很大，刚来3个月，在这儿结交的3个好友都先后离去，他们分别都只在这儿工作了11个月，5个月和3个月。我想离开的最重要的原因就是我觉得在这儿没有发展，当时面试的时候，经理曾经许诺我3-6个月就让我做customs方面的工作（compiler/classifier),可是两个星期前一对一谈话，我的supervisor明确说，至少要等到明年才有这种可能。

还有一个学期我的学习就要结束了，可是我到现在还没有跟学习直接相关的工作经验，明年的全国考试铁定没戏，因为考试中有很多东西都是跟工作直接相关的。我真的很希望能够从事compiler/classifier的工作。 在现在这个公司呆下去又担心苦等也是白搭，他们好像就没有培养我的意思。这两天在找工网站上看了看，compiler这方面的工作真的不多，而且都是要工作经验，跟几个主要的中介联系，人家也是打哈哈，没有经验人家根本不希罕，真的很烦躁，我该怎么办啊~~

不好意思，最近比较忙，来得少了，改简历时看到就改，可能没有顾及先来后到，望原谅

前一阵ＦＲＥＥＯＺ打不开，郁闷了好久，惦记这个帖子，谢谢你了，老大卫，你的建议非常有用．这里的工作确实都是些ｓａｌｅｓ的职位，不管是银行还是ｍｏｒｔｇａｇｅ，已经开始着手修改简历。在ＡＤＥＬＡＩＤＥ这个地方，第一份工非常的不好找，中介面试时也说了不好找，因为我们是TR，不可能给你长期的工作，最好也就是临时的和合同的，不过我还是会耐心和继续努力。再努力几个月，可我很少看到小银行招工的广告，有些金融组织，可能阿德莱德的金融机构还是少吧。

不好意思, 你的简历偶看过, 但真的实在改不出来. 因为专业不对口.
你想过过来做什么吗? 你现在的经历,偶看不出该怎么改好. 或许你有对应想申请的职位, 再看看怎么customize的比较好.
