一，        为什么目标要写在小中型公司工作呀，你后面的summary是写的在大型网络环境里，这里有点冲突。另外 CCNP是你的证书吧。。建议单独列出来。
Summary写的不够吸引人，好好针对每一个你要申请的工作，着重的改。
另外也不是写你会什么就拉倒，要写的比较有说服力，比如你做过多少的项目在哪个方面，你在network环境里的经验是什么？admin？pre-sales?支持？架构？当然，看后面也许能看的出来，但如果我是HR，这个summary是非常不吸引我的。

简历里少用联接词，比如and，but之类的，写成简单句，加上标记符，不要写在一段里，让人一目了然，看的清楚。人家也愿意看，写的混在一起，必须要认真的一句一句读，人家扫一眼就没兴趣了。另外不要用主观句子，要客观的陈述。很多人喜欢写什么这个工作让我懂得了。。。掌握了。。。这种句式很不好，你做什么就写做什么了。

这一段尤其写的不好。这里比较讲究一个萝卜一个坑，这样会让人觉得你的工作没重点，什么都能做的万金油，往往就是什么都做不了。建议抓住一个你最拿手的，最有卖点的重点，着重描述一下，另外两个淡化。简单提一句就行了。

十分感谢leily. 看来我还是要针对每种工作写个有针对性的SUMMARY了。
原来写中小公司一来入门容易些，二来中小公司的机会其实比大公司多。
CCNP只是课程，很多中介就是因为看到我有些CCNP所以打来问详细情况的，我告诉他们因为我原来的工作比较忙，而且考试费用需要自己负担，所以没有考CCNP的认证。不知道这样说对不对。
登陆以来简历其实已经改了6个版本，从最一开始的用来评ACS的一份，然后一星期后的根据网站填表式的简历，再到skillmax 的Don老师要求的格式，后来又因为看了一些网络的简历电子书，写了一个一页式的美国版本，再后来的skillmax的Flora老师的要求格式，最后就是发上来的这份是在图书馆把所有澳洲写简历的书都综合起来的这份。目前平均每周有五六个中介电话，上周还有一次面试，效果算是不错了。再根据各位的意见再修改一下估计应该就有戏了。
自我感觉目前可能最需要的是提高英语水平吖。

可以把Archivement都提出来总结成一条条,Certification也要放在这一栏.

Projects一项要写出技术细节;每个项目前要高亮自己的职位;对项目单位要有一两句话的介绍.

Training写的不够详细
CCNP直接说没有考就好了,不需要给理由.
但这么多中介提到了,如果我是你会重新考虑考CCNP的必要性.
如果要留个劫材,可以说正在复习.等考完了之后再主动联系中介.

简历粗粗看了一下，可以展开的东西太多，但问题是不够突出重点。什么都做过，但什么都没有说清楚，建议你改写成3份简历，分别瞄准assistant brand manager, marketing communication manager, 和product manager的位子，你这样的简历，拿出去申请marketing asssitant是不可能的。manager又没有local经验，定位于assistant manager 比较好，详细的东西等周四偶面试完了慢慢再聊

我看了一下你的简历，前面写的还可以，我估计你的简历反响不大的原因一是因为没写项目经验，可以加一个项目经验，里面大量用到一些技术关键词，增加机搜的概率。二，你有一段时间跳槽比较频繁，加一下合理的离职原因。

建议你看看售楼广告或征婚广告是怎么突出重点的。cover letter主要就是抓眼球让人看你的简历，10秒钟内抓不住眼球就pass了。
写之前先想想你申请这个职位有哪4点优势。怎么突出这四点。不用写objective。
