我对于会计不是很懂，但你的这个简历的summary写的实在一般。没有把一个招聘会计的HR注重点找出来。

首先，按国内来说，做贸易的，做制造业的，等等公司要找的会计是不一样的。

你的2年经验是在哪个行业没有写出来。

会计一般有一些专用的软件，你熟练掌握哪几种也没有写。

看你的responsibility，你应该是在一家比较小的公司里做会计的工作，可能所有的会计事务你都有管。但是你如果就写一句focus in full function accounts job，就突不出你的优点。你可以写的详细点，比如熟悉报税的全过程啦，熟悉整个帐务的流程啦。

我对于会计的专业知识了解不多，可能还需要对这方面更懂的TX来指点一下。

但你的summary里要着重突出你的专业优势，至于一些很大路的形容词可以少一点，比如Positive attitude, reliable, outgoing, quick learning and strong problem solving ability, 这些东西完全说明不了什么。

你的简历是要能证明你的专业度以及和别人不一样的价值。在这方面 再多下点工夫。

Job responsibility的写法有很大的问题。应该是用Bulletin Point来写，而且应该是短语，不是句子。你的写法完全错了。而且下面的应该是你的acheivements, 不是responsibiltiy。

总部在美国的，如果去澳洲的分公司是不是有希望？我目前主要是marketing events执行方面和promotion material审批方面的工作．如果想找相近工作的不知需什么要求？没有local的经验应该较难吧？另外问一下， ...

能不能进澳洲分公司要问你自己公司啊，各公司不同的。不过个人认为作为marketing staff有点难，特别是你做events的，local性很强。
找相近工作要什么要求建议你网上自己找，seek.com。每个职位要求不一样，偶不敢在这里误人子弟。不过marketing events的specialist职位偶看到过几次，不是没有机会，但的确如你所说，没有local的经验很难很难。公司的推荐信没有太大的用处，除非你进自己公司。其他的一般不看。

Leily说得很对，你得简历里job responsibility说得太简单。等于不说，你可以看看下面二分之一得简历得职责描述。其实accouting得工作你说一个title大概就知道你做什么了。但还是要详细按照广告要求去强调你得工作背景。有什么achievements吗？比如应收帐款90％以上？帮公司建立什么财务process或系统？想想看，一样得会计去应聘，人家为什么要你。

summary里重点不突出，softskill太多，这样得话谁都会写，没有什么意思得，一般summary里softskill一条就够了。

最后一段报纸工作得经历不写也可以，对你求职没有什么意义。

建议你把summary重新写一下。

比如你觉得你的优势在银行方面的软件开发，但是summary里完全看不出来。

你可以写一下，你有多少年开发银行软件的经验，曾经参与过哪些银行的多少项目，这些项目中一般使用的是什么平台，什么软硬件环境，你用的是什么语言。这些尽管在后面项目经验中有，但是你在summary里可以重点强调一下。

另外后面的项目经验里可以加一个项目介绍，大概说明一下你做的这些项目是用于什么用途，什么样的规模等。方便别人发现他的要求与你的经验的适合点。

建议你多看看招聘广告。

其实写简历有一个很简便的法子。就是多找一些你认为和你非常适合的招聘广告里的要求，汇总起来就是你的responsibility.这样，一来，英语的语法错误确保不会发生，二来，有的时候你自己做的一些事情，你未必整理的那么系统。

但要切记，不要全抄一个广告，多找几个，汇总一下。否则很刮三的。

我说几句, 如果不爱听就当是我没说.

粗看了一下, 你是在国内银行, 主要做c 和sql 在unix上跑的东西. 哥们在国内也干过这个.

在澳洲的银行, 现在基本不再新做用c的开发项目了. 恕我孤陋, 如果有, 请各位大侠拍砖.

饭碗现在都被java 和.net抢了.

老大去德银做support是比较正确德选择. 人挪活, 树挪死. 换个行当没什么不好的.

如果想做回开发, 学点新东西吧.

另外关于你的简历. 银行里分的是很细的. 比如说 Retail, Equity, FX, Commodity, Asset ....

你是做什么的?

你说做过core online trading systems, 是trading什么的. 最好都要说清楚.

如果看见你认为非常理想的职位, 就给中介打电话.没什么客气的.

已经按照标题党的思路修改SUMMARY.
另外对于申请方向,做DEVELOPER职位少(偶尔见到ORACLE的),
做SUPPORT的难过中介关(一看非LOCAL),确实在困惑中.
还希望听听对BANK IT非常熟悉的单衣班主帮忙分析分析.

应老大卫的要求，看看帖子，觉得这个职业描述的部分，需要做以下工夫：
1、把你做过的这几个accounting role，拿上seek上查一下，看看相关职位的职业描述，然后exactly用同样的字眼去描述相同的职能。seek上招工的字眼应该都是从公司里的职责描述中抄下来的，而职责描述又是HR consulting firm帮忙写的，应该相当概括，相当经典。

2、每次你把简历发过去之前，要根据你申请的职位，把相关性比较大的工作经历往前排，并在resume一开始的personal profile里面强调，这样可以加强agent对你的印象。

你还有几个方面可以发展一下：
1、你考过CPA没有？一定要快点考过，国内没经验的没这个不成。
2、你不是有payroll experience嘛，你还可以申请payroll方面的工作，不过嘛，爆无聊，最近在做internal audit related to payroll，觉得这个payroll是要身心修炼的工作。但这种工作本地人就不一定favourate，所以，有很多进入的余地。还有，payroll其实很有行业区别的，有不少公司还高payroll 外包，还有专门的payroll system有些integrated with HRIS，如果做的好，还是有出路的。
3、做teller出身的，据说台阶是这样上的，teller-->internal transfer to "assistant accountant"然后就是萝卜坑了。

强调老大卫的观点，跟你现在申请的工作描述无关痛痒的零工经验，简略带过，并且往后排；有关系的写详细点，search招聘网站上相关职位描述的经典词句，直接套用。

还有把你的education写清除，一眼看不到啊，在没有很strong的工作经验支持下，一个qualified的学历还是能够给雇主一些安慰的。每一次面试，雇主都回问我学习和学校的事情。

你找适合自己的工作的时候要好像audit里面学的，看internal control的时候先要全面review control risk，还要by account看，然后还要by assertion看，找工也是这样。现是要看这个工作听起来，乍一看合我不？然后对比每一个职业要求，对比下来，有几条不合格？

然后就要form opinion啦：
1、如果全部都合格，那马上投，别犹豫！（Unqualified）
2、如果只有那些标明preferable的不合格，那也尽管投，那些不是选择的关键，只是对比最后的竞争者时候的衡量条件！（Unqualified）
3、如果有1-2条不合格，但不是最基本的不合格，那照样投，试试看吧，顶多也只算qualified report，闯闯关说不定就过了！(Qualified)
4、如果大于2条不合格，那你少来了，别投了，省的这个公司以后出来个你能行的职位，但你的简历已经有不合格的记录，被自动喀嚓下来。(Advert/Disclaim)

基本上如果在第一页抓不住雇主，你的希望就很小了。要根据ＪＤ写到你会的非常小的细节。
