让人又爱又恨的EMAIL

细节就是很 tiring & time consuming 的。
要不怎么说“the devil is in the details ”，“细节决定成败”呢！

用标识来管理邮件的 importance 和 follow -up 是不错的idea.

Email 群发功能 和 auto reply 也值得运用。

还有，outlook 下的 calendar 很不错，可以向多人发送任务通知，或用作个人任务管理器。

个人觉得ppt有点花哨，更加费时间，不如邮件实用。

最后就是私人邮件最好不要通过工作邮箱，因为公司是有权监控大家的邮件的。
EmliyS也说过，每个人的邮件都共享。

很抱歉没有及时回信。除了我真的举棋不定不知道如何回复你之外，更多的是因为我自己经历着心理的波折，
没有情绪思考任何问题。

你的英语一如既往的犀利、漂亮、无懈可击。我虽然勉强能写出一封英文信来，但还是选择写中文，
一方面我驾驭起来容易些，另一方面为了大家阅读方便。

十分感谢你邀请我加入你们的治疗顾问小组，我深感荣幸。经过认真考虑，很遗憾，我无法接受这个职位。

因为在我们FREEOZ整个"度假村"中，有各种各样性情的人，大家聚在一起，共度多姿多彩的集体生活。
有些人表现出非"常态"的一面，其实是一种心灵释放，在我看来，反而有利于他度假结束，回归现实生活。

我正在考虑成立一个英语兴趣小组，需要英语过硬的人来主持，我会积极从事协调工作。目前看来，你是最佳的人选。
因为你有出色的英语，有智慧有热情有爱心。

我不仅不能加入你们的团队，反而希望你们解散它，以节省更多的精力投入到兴趣小组。

Dear Michelle,

I am writing in response to the position pointed at me as a person of interest, I decided to work cooperatively with you on this role after I have done a lot of thinking.

But, please be aware that I have been self-teaching in the most part of the english via the social media, movies and daily conversations between my colleagues and me. So, there will be some limitations shown in my capability to navigate comfortably in some topics.

In this sense, I strongly suggest you to invite @EmilyS @keepdancing @x24 or someone else you think suitable to join in. So, all of us can work as a team to ensure an effective outcome and a long-lasting cause.

Regarding the advisory committee, that is just something I have been moonlighting on for fun. On the back of my head, I am always aware that I love my full-time job here in English column.  

So, here I am, alway ready and on guard to report to any post allocated by you!

Now, I would like to say something beside this topic: Getting to know you in FreeOz is best thing that has ever happened to me ever since I came to Australia. I regard this acquaintance as the unexpected and blessing bonus in my life.

我真是豁然开朗！是的，邀请他们来！
其实就是纯业余的、松散的、自由自在的、快乐的学习小组。
绝不给任何人添加任何压力的！
当然我自己压力很大。。。

我会单独给他们写信。

还有，你的快乐兼职也是我时常观看的节目，是我们学习的素材之一，所以不要让那些喜欢你的人失望哦。

你完全可以在百科全职，在英语部兼职。

The following is an email from me to one of my colleagues who had operaton done, I was supposed to be serious about it. But we had been joking about each other for too long for me to keep straight face with her.

Dear Mary,

It is nice of you to keep us up-dated on your progress.

I was very pleased to be advised that it's your home-day today, so that you can keep John (John is the husband) on his toes by pressing the buzzer all the time. I suggest you to do it after midnight, if he doesn't answer it, you feel free to press the emergency one to get his urgent attention.

Ok, all the jokes aside, have you got any pain? please tell me where the pain is, does it go anywhere else? Anything you do to aggravate it or alleviate it? What is the pain score from 0-10? Do you need any morphine? If not, I strongly recommend heaps of cuddles and kisses from John. If that doesn't help you, come and see us next monday, more consultation will be coming up then!

Seriously, please take care and have a speedy recovery!
