Troubleshoot client's problems, no
You participate in identifying potential defects in commercial software systems reported by front-end tech support people and work with the in-lab programmers to provide, or evaluate the technical feasibility of, any fixes of the problems, through the means including but not limited to, in-lab defect reproduction, use case simulation and [编程语言] code inspection.
The entire job is based on a developer's knowledge and perspective (and as an integral part of the development team), therefore definitely not a customer support role and is not even close to the two alternative codes provided.
