METHOD(步骤):
1. Measure water into a small bowl, add sugar and stir in yeast.

2. Sift flour and salt into a large bowl.
把面粉和盐放入一个大碗。(注意:一定要把面粉通过筛子筛入大碗,避免面粉结块,没有筛子的可以用有很细小的孔的网代替)
3. Gradually add the shifted flour, pepper and oil to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
再把面粉,盐,胡椒和植物油放入前面搅匀的酵母,搅匀。
4. Knead the mixture on a lightly floured board until smooth and elastic.
在砧板上搓揉搅匀的面粉,直到变得软且有弹性。
5. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
可以把面粉放5分钟再继续做。
6. Divide the mixture in half, knead until smooth and roll out to fit the pizza tray.
把面粉分成两半。如果你只要做1个匹萨,那就只要一半的材料了~呵呵呵) 然后将其揉软。再将其摊入匹萨盘(最好先在比萨盘上放置一张油纸,防止粘住盘子)
7. Place fillings on top and bake at 200 degree for 18 to 20 minutes.
