在Du Faur Head 午餐，与两个西人从谷底爬上 Du Faur Head 的相片。

My goodness.

The girl is supergirl I walked many times.

She walked (ran) 175 KM of Great North Walk for 33 hours, 100 KM of North Face many times. She is preparing for 100 KM race in France soon.

She usually started training at 2:00 AM in Blue mountains for 80-100 KM, and back Sydney before middle night on the same days.

The photo was taken on March 23-24 2013 at Grose Valley.

这次遗憾没有行多100米去到历史文物 Blue Gum Forest。
只能通过下次去走 Perry Lookout to Blue Gum Forest 来补了。

谢谢 George 的详细记录。

不下到Grose Valley 谷底，不走去Du Faur Head，如同平路的Lockleys Pylon Track 资料显示：难度　Hard，来回6.8公里，累计爬高338米。

比照了其它下到Grose Valley 谷底的Track资料，我们上星期日的实际累计爬高应该超过800米。这是我第二次下到Grose Valley 谷底，这次感觉比上次累计爬高1,000米要累，也可能是长大了一、二岁的原因。

今年5月25日带海外朋友游蓝山，在Pulpit Rock与几个西人老太太闲聊，我告诉她们：“我们曾经从Govettes Leap Lookout 下到　Grose Valley 谷底，经Junction Rock，从Evens Lookout 上来”。她们回复：“Oh，你们做了许多澳洲人都没有做到的事情”。

所以，上周日下到 Grose Valley 谷底的队友们，不管是不是澳洲人（公民），你们已经做到了<许多澳洲人没有做到的事情> ！

Boasting five freshwater lakes and many native Australian plant species, this is a wonderful place to come all year round. Along the lakes, you’ll discover amazing aquatic plants including the rare frogmouth waterlily, with its unusual bright yellow flowers, and a variety of colourful ground orchids in the spring.
For birdwatchers, visiting Thirlmere Lakes is a must. Taking a walk along three of the lakes on the terrific Thirlmere Lakes track, you’ll see some of the 140 birds that inhabit the park, including the white-faced heron, musk duck, and white-bellied sea eagle.

Thirlmere Lakes 的五个湖是一千五百万年前地壳运动在邻近的河流之上形成的，近年也面临干枯的问题。
今天一行十六人前往，环绕三湖而行，开车再经过另外二湖，所以也算以五湖都打了一个照面。
还遇到在湖边拍摄电影的小队人马。也看到一些“真漂亮”的鸟。

高处望去，为悉尼供水85%的蓝山水源有如一山间平湖，非常壮观。
返回途中，我们将一农家摆路摊的蜂蜜和农家鸡蛋全买了，我是第一次见到黑色的蜜糖。
今天，也很高兴看到这二种特别红的花。

The wonderful walk from Perrys Lookdown into the Blue Gum Forest follows a clear an steep track into one of the region's bushwalking and conservation icons. Allow plenty of time to explore the majestic Blue Gum Forest, looking up the tall trees and enjoying the birds flying through the area. The track is steep and the valley tempts visitors to stay and enjoy for a long time. If you want to stay overnight, Acacia Flats campsite is only 500m from the forest. To return to the car park, retrace your steps up the hill.    Blue Mountains National Park

Option: Blue Gum Forest to Junction Rock (return) in the Grose Valley

Meeting time & Place: 9.30am,  The Point A,  Hat Hill Road (corner of Inconstant Street) Blackheath in Blue Mountain.

All of you may see "Supergirl Helen" there again. She usually complete this part of track for less than 40 mins.

如果你没有徒步的经历，选择下一次比较容易和靠近市区的开始吧。
这次应该不适合，而且还要从集合地点开车大约10公里进去，才是徒步的起点。

看看，连你楼下的 Fee-OH-Na 超人MM 都不跟我们玩“偶遇”。

我不是没有徒步的经历，我背帐篷两天走50多
公里，翻十来个山头，只是对澳洲这边的山头不熟
