把我当时WA的批准信帖出来给大家看看，不过这里只提到了7.1之后拿到WA担保的情况，七一前的我个人觉得于情于理也会像其他州一样拿到Cat2级别。

Please note Western Australian Government sponsorship is not automatically transferable to any other State or Territory in Australia. You are required to seek the endorsement of Skilled Migration Western Australia (SMWA) before making any plans to relocate to any other State or Territory in Australia.
In addition, you will need to seek the approval of the SMWA before making any changes in the commitments made in your application in preparation for sponsorship of your permanent residency visa.
State Sponsorship has been processed and offered based on the Western Australian Occupations in Demand List (WAOIDL) and the State Sponsorship criteria that was in place prior to the changes introduced by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) on 1 July 2010. The information below is based on the assumption you did not lodge with DIAC before 1 July 2010, as indicated in your sponsorship application. (If you did lodge your visa application prior to 1 July 2010 then disregard the following paragraphs in italics)
Lodgement with DIAC
If your occupation is included on DIAC’s Schedule 3 Skilled Occupation List (SOL) http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/sol/#a, and you meet the visa criteria, you are able to lodge before the State Migration Plan (SMP) is released.
If your occupation is not included on the Schedule 3 SOL, you will need to wait until the SMP is released, before lodging your visa application, to see if your occupation is included. It is anticipated that Western Australia’s SMP will be released either in late July or August 2010. The occupations to be included in the SMP are drawn from DIAC’s Schedule 4 SOL http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/sol/#a, although not all these Schedule 4 occupations will be included. Your occupation does need to be included in Schedule 4 SOL for you to be able to use State Sponsorship.
If your occupation is included on the State Migration Plan, your visa application will be processed as Priority 2 by DIAC regardless of when you lodged http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/pdf/priority-processing.pdf.
If your nominated occupation is not included on the State Migration Plan, but is included in Schedule 4 SOL, you may be eligible for an off-list sponsorship. Criteria for these limited places will be available when the SMP is released. |

话说这年头兲朝是动车一个待遇，慢车另一个待遇，谁要不坐动车过点了连票都不退
，澳洲现在也学了半拉，俺们要是坐不上动车到时候s3搞个review一刀砍了会计，那就更加杯具了
