Skilled Occupation Lists (Formerly Known as Form 1121i)
There are changes to the Skilled Occupations Lists which will be available shortly.

这几个schedule是什么意思？ schedule 1是指2010年7月1日前这些职业 会有优先级么？
以前的2129-79 Engineer – Building and Engineering Professionals nec 是没有优先级的阿。
另外 schedule 2 是说 2013年1月1日前 只要是这上面的职业都可以申请么？

Schedule 1适用于2010年7月1日前递交的所有技术移民签证申请，包括临居和永居；
Schedule 2适用于在2010年2月8日前已经申请了TR（485）的同学，在2013年1月1日之前递交885、886或487申请；和在2010年2月8日前持有572、573或者574签证的同学，在2013年1月1日之前递交485申请；
Schedule 3适用于排除在Schedule 2条件之外的同学，在2010年7月1日之后递交的175、176（亲属担保）、475（亲属担保）、487（亲属担保）、885、886（亲属担保）申请；
Schedule 4适用于排除在Schedule 2条件之外的同学，在2010年7月1日之后递交的176（州政府担保）、475（州政府担保）、487（州政府担保）、886（州政府担保）申请；
对于大部分的正在读书的同学来说，真正适用的SOL是Schedule 3。这份清单跟517清单基本相同，Cook, hairdresser, pre-press, pastry cook, Welfare, 翻译等专业一概没有。Accounting 有。

那偶是2010年7月1日之前申请的，当时的职业评估是 2129-79 Engineer – Building and Engineering Professionals nec  ，属于 3无 人员 ，现在在schedule 1当中了， 是说明 后续会得到同样的优先级处理么？

我又看了下schedule 1一共有近400个职业 比以前的1121i 少了大概100个，这样的话 岂不是 2010年7月1日前已经申请的TX，基本上不受职业的影响了，是否以前的CSL,MODL已经失效,只要是schedule 1上的职业就会开始处理？

关于优先级目前还是没有特别的声明，只有在2月8号的政策当中有了点说明而已。。。

你好 老的1121i表格 你在哪里看到的 ？  
能确定比本来的少了100个左右么 ？

General Skilled Migration Skilled Occupation Lists (SOL)

Applicants must have a nominated occupation which is on the SOL applicable to their circumstances at the time they apply:
申请人必须有个提名职业在SOL上这样申请就可以根据自己的情况申请：

the SOL in existence prior to 1 July 2010 in ASCO code (schedule 1) – applies only to General Skilled Migration (GSM) applicants who lodged their application prior to 1 July 2010.
2010年7月1日之前的SOL---仅适用于GSM申请人在2010年7月1日之前被受理的的情况。

总结信息点：
首先 已经被受理的符合老SOL的案子都在schedule 1的职业提名上了。那么要以这个schedule 1为准。（译者注：不符合咋办？immi没提。）
第二 在2013年1月1日前申请的 需要符合transitional arrangement的情况下，那么要以schedule 2上的职业提名为准。（译者注：不符合咋办？重新评估成符合的职业？）
第三 提出了一个词“transitional arrangement”这个词代表什么含义？
第四 SMP=State Migration Plan现在看来是一个框架，可能会有很多个plan，申请者要符合SMP框架里的某一个计划才能被州提名。

回楼上   我觉得  schedule1表 和 本来的 1121i 表应该是一模一样的  你觉得呢 ？？

我是08年10月申请的 对照着1121表的数量大概数了下 schedule1是将近400个职业 1121 有400多个

2010年7月1日之前的SOL---仅适用于GSM申请人在2010年7月1日之前被受理的的情况。

受理是指在系统上提交了 分个FN号就可以么 还是指要分了CO，

目前没有优先级的说明 我发了个邮件给 GSM Processing center, 问这是否表示以前的CSL，MODL都无效了， 等待答复中

GSM 回复了，目前他们还是按照CSL的顺序在处理。。。。。。所以3无同志们 可以洗洗睡了

The Department is still processing CSL applications. As your nominated occupation is not on the CSL and you are not sponsored by an employer or nominated by a State/Territory government in accordance with an occupation on the State Migration plan, your visa application will not be finalised until those visa applications which meet the higher processing priorities are finalised.
