本人也招聘过很多人,电话面试不下百次,组织的ON SITE INTERVIEW也不下二十次, 深感识人和找到一个合适的人选十分不易, 这里将个人的关于面试阶段的体会做一些总结。
1. 什么样的人才是我们需要的? (3个原则, 很简单, Can Do? Will Do ? How Fit? 最后一点解释下, 一个能做也愿意做的人,未必是合适的人选,人家的背景,长远发展是否和职位的设定比较match,很重要。 又或者人家长远的发展想转行做marketing, 又如何有motivation 做developer能?)
2.基于第一点, 我们会考量 (1)Technical Skills, 比方简历是否有假(有假的话马上就不会再让费时间), (2) Problem Solving (3) communication (4) Team work (5)Long Term Goal
3. 有一门课对于整个面试的方法有过比较详细的介绍,欧美公司采用比较的普遍, Behavioural Interview, 总结下来就是 STAR:
(1). S: Situation Describe the context in which the behaviour or action took place (where, when)
(2). T: Task Describe the specific task involved (what, who)
(3). A: Action Outline the logical steps you took to manage the situation or resolve the problem (how). Keep your answer clear and concise.
(4). R: Results Explain your results. Even if you weren't as successful as you'd hoped, it's important to make it clear that you understand the implications of the outcome and why it happened. Stress what you learnt from the experience.
如果被问到 what's your most difficult issue that you have ever solved? 想想你的回答是否具备了上面的四个要素。
