English Makes me suffer a lot. Any suggestion for me

How time flies! It has been a year since I joined my company and it has been 4 years since I came out of China.  However, the language problem is still the dominant barrier in my work and my life. There is no problem for me to understand my colleges when they are talking with me.  When in a meeting or on a phone call, I think I can catch about 90%. However, recently, the secretary of our group went to vacation, and I was told to take notes and prepare minutes for the meeting. It is a projects review meeting with some of attendees from our office, but some on the phone from other different offices in other cities of Australia. For me I can get the generals of what they are talking, but it is not enough for the meeting minutes. It is the hardest time I have ever suffered.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me to improve the skills? Is there any training or course available that I can take?
