主要是relates to 和other than 两个词语看不懂

Relate：关联
Other than：除了

但是可以跟你解释句子的意思。

意思是说这份证件（certificate还可以有别的意思）如果不是（不关）你的，而是属于另一位成人的话，那么你需要出示你的驾照。
