Cycling Australia says Chris Jongewaard should find out today if his appeal against being left out of the Beijing Olympic team has been successful.
The mountain biker, who's facing charges over an alleged hit and run, has been excluded from the squad announced last month.
Cycling Australia spokeswoman, Gennie Shear, says the appeals tribunal deciding Jongewaard's fate reserved its decision, and plans to release it today.
The organisation has said the court case would mean the cyclist may not pass the Australian Olympic Committee's ethical standards requirement.
