APAC Resources Finance Specialist (SPOC)-00056926
Description
Accountable for leading the successful completion of workflow requests and for providing finance process support
Work for the Shared Resource Team, Manager and liaise with the customer and the shared resource team to ensure successful completion of the activity and customer satisfaction
Assist customers by providing individualized attention, efficient service, accurate information, and timely follow up
Responsible for identifying, recommending, and assisting in the execution of process improvement program and continuous improvement initiatives in the shared resource team
Execute operating unit and client group financial processes and policies in to the Shared Resource team to keep the team current and consistent with other teams
Work with other SPOCs in team and other Shared Resource teams to share best practices and leverage synergies
Key Responsibilities
Understand planning requirements and consolidate planning and forecasting information (including revenue to CCI forecasting and maintenance of sold/ shadow backlog reports)
Oversee and/or mainten the organization database, including set-up of profit centers, cost centers and internal WBS elements (static, MD&I, M&O)
Supervise and assist in the consolidation of information for the monthly results commentary
Oversee the chargeable job setup process
Monitor and analyse contract financials within the portfolio
Monitor and analyse contract EAC changes
Report, analyse and consolidate forecasts for outsourcing contracts
Oversee and assist in cost management analysis activities
Monitor and clear suspense accounts
Monitor expense ledgers below client margin results; includes allocations, other direct non-payroll costs, and training
Monitor, analyse and follow-up on the working capital reports for management
Analyze and approve journal entries
Monitor customer service and accurate completion of work requests in a timely manner
Supervise and carry out work in accordance with the service management framework
Address the service management framework and communicate to customers and within the Shared Resource team
Identify and assist in executing continuous improvement opportunities in the shared resource team
Liaise with other team SPOCs to share best practice and facilitate seamless workflow management
Facilitate application of Accenture policies and Geographic Services and Service Line financial processes in the Shared Resource Team; processes include: maintain organization database, analyze and approve journal entries, monitor and clear suspense accounts, audit time reports

Qualifications
Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting
Recommended Certifications, Licenses, etc: ICPAS or equivalent
Work Experience: Management accounting preferred
