分析：至少onshore申请的进度向前了一天，看来是onshore的9月人新政策实施以前的申请都处理完了，现在可以专心处理offshore的申请了。

分析：offshore的申请也有一些进展，尽管还没有接受新的申请，扣款进度还是停在7月23日，但是FN的日期有进步。大家都准备好信用卡，打电话到银行，确保有足够余额，一次扣款成功。就在最近了！！！

分析：真的有那么多人申请么？Offshore申请处理，FN只前进了一天，扣款还是停留在23日。太慢了！ 现在Onshore算是都处理完了吧？该轮到Offshore了吧？

境内申请处理到10月15日 （没有延迟）

境外9月1日以后接受的申请，处理到10月15日（没有延迟）

applications received on 25 July 2007 and acknowledging applications

境外9月1日以前的接受的申请，处理扣款到7月25日，FN签发到7月3日。


分析：看来9月1日以前境外的申请并没有占到优先级，而是被拖后处理了。还好扣款的进度比较上一周有2天的进展。

我们９月２０申请的，现在什么消息也没有呀．．．．

那也就是说我是8月15号签收的，要等到11月份才能扣款了。不过，终于看到他们往后移动了两天了。

9月1日以后境外申请扣款到7月30日，处理截止至7月9日


分析：扣款进度本周前进了5天，看来扣款的进度有很大的改善，按这个速度下来，估计下周可以扣到8月4日。8月份的同志们准备好银子了么？FN发放的速度照签收日期的延迟有3个多月。8月份的同志要到11月末才会有FN。

分配到签证官开始处理的情况

9月1日以前通过邮寄文档申请的分配了VO并开始处理的，已经处理到2006年12月28日。基本上是1周前进7天。匀速前进。
看来2006年的申请已经都分配了Case Officer，从本周开始处理2007年以来递交的申请。同志们准备好了，CO有8个月的延迟。

您好！我是06年9月末签收，体检、无刑、担保、815表等，在两个月以前就都办理好了，可是到现在还没有给预签。您看我的案子是不是比正常进度慢很多？

上面只有分配case officer开始处理的进度。你去年9月份签收的，如果你是134, 136, 137, 138, 139, 495 and 496，其中一种的话，应该是已经分配了case office开始处理了吧？可以直接和你的case officer 联系询问进展。

以上理解对吗？多问一句，上个星期（16日）查，e495处理到4月7日，怎么一下子跳到了7月2日？

分析：扣款已经有3个月的延迟，FN的进度紧随扣款没有太大的延迟。预计圣诞节放假之前所有9月1日以前剩余的申请都可以处理完。

看来近三周进度没有之前三周进度快。不过基本生还是每周处理前进7天。按这个进度来算，分配CO目前有10个月的延迟，也就是说照目前的进度，要到明年的6月份才能处理完所有9月1日前签收的申请。

扣款前进了2天，FN前进了4天。照目前的进度，9月1日以前境外递交的申请，还是有望在08年以前被分配FN的，大家不要灰心。

分配CO的进度匀速前进，10个月的延迟，估计明年6月份才能处理完今天9月1日以前境外递交的申请。

有FN的同志，应该做清华认证了，现在申请，一个月以后也就是差不多圣诞节前评估结果可以到移民局，再晚一些，清华的大叔大婶们也该放假了，移民局的少爷们也忙着准备圣诞节了。

我今天递交了清华申请的材料到学位认证处。

扣款前进了8天，看来本周以收钱为主，ASPC发了。移民官年底奖金都有着落了。
FN没有进展，光忙着收钱了，没有时间发号，大家慢慢等，FN发起来也快，不过这周没进展。
CO前进了7天，还是匀速前进。

听说霍德华要下台了，本来嘛，政绩不错，但是他还是比较亲白的，努力把澳大利亚向西方社会靠近。不过他已经当选这么多届了，岁数也到了。
新的候选人叫什么名字没记住，就知道这家伙原来在中国工作过，讲一口流利的普通话，还特别喜欢炫耀他的这项本领，任何机会不放过。而且和霍德华相比，他比较亲亚洲，亲华！不错凭这一点，就喜欢他了。
可是移民政策刚刚调整过，估计最近两年之内不会再调整，所以这个新准总统对移民的影响一时还发挥不出来。不过他还是很有前景的。
