The medical records system it develops is being rolled out to multiple new client sites and this hands-on role is responsible to organising its successful implementation.
Excellent verbal and written skills are required to shine in this role. You will be coordinating the interactions between the internal product team and the client's IT and business teams, so you will need to have strong project planning and project coordination skills.
This medical records system needs to be configured to client requirements so you will need to have experience in working with the client to understand their requirements, document the needed changes, and coordinate the implementation of those changes.
You'll be bright and quick to learn the software, and have strong experience with the implementation of software applications. A technical background would help but is not essential.
Ideally you have experience working in hospitals or clinics and it would be advantageous if you have either experience working with medical records or provisioning Health IT Systems.
