in my company, all the job, all the work, even the most little thing, should be input into a ticket system, in that way, every peice of work can be assigned a priority, severity, duedate, owner, reference.
for software develop, oral words is not reliable, we make software and we only trust software
so my advise is try to rely on document, not a few words. you can ask your leader, or other people to send you an email if you don't use a ticket system. In that way you will never make misunderstanding since you can read the ticket descriptions
总而言之,口头的东西,除非特别简单,都是不可靠不推荐的,工作上的事情无论大小,最好都在ticket系统里面开出来,属于什么范围,什么优先级,什么截至日期,参考什么,相关人员,都一目了然。如果你们公司没有这样的系统,那么尽量用邮件,书面的东西
我个人认为越是国际化的公司,越应该规范,依赖书面而不是口头的东西,公司不是作坊。这样的话,来自世界各地的员工才不会被各自的口音所拖累,印度英语也是英语,香港英语也是英语,发音差别大了,但是书面的东西大家是一样的。 |
