Had that coming to me recently from an old man when I was walking Harvey in a leash-free park.
Harvey was very excited to invite his pooch for a run. Just when they started running, this man called his pooch back and put him on a leash. But Harvey had no idea what was going on and kept running around them. Then, this man started yelling at me: Can you get your dog on the leash?
Me: Why? It's leash-free park, isn't it?
Him: Yeah, but you need to get him under control.
Me: He is under control, he just wanted to play with your doggie and they are playing.
I don't want them to play. You need to put your doggie on the leash.
Me: I don't want to do that becau5its a leah-free park, and he is well under control.
Him: You shouldn't be allowed to have a dog. You should know how to get him under control.
Me: My doggie is under control, I think you should get yourself under control.
He angrily threw his arms in the air and yelled at me: I don't want to talk to you. You need to Go, go back to where you came from.
Me: Really, play this old card? Where do you think you were coming from? You should go back to where you were coming from. I will stay here running around with my doggie in this leash-free park.
To my surprise, Harvey seemed to understand exactly what this argument was all about, he ditched that doggie, sarted running away from them in a very pride!
Bravo, my baby!
