About the company:
The company is a national third-party wealth management agency based in Beijing, specializing in providing private wealth management and investment banking services for high net worth individuals and offering “one-on-one” financial consultation services to customers according to their needs from an independent, objective and professional point of view. Providing financial allocation program, continuing to manage the risk of product survival, the company strives to achieve clients’ financial goals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct a macro research on countries and cities in the world and dynamically track the economy, policy and real estate market trends of various countries and related cities;
Conduct In-depth study of the development of the target city planning context, in-depth study of the macro-micro market of overseas real estate projects to be invested, and preliminary valuation of the proposed project;
Advise on the investment strategy of overseas funds and the preparation for presentation of overseas real estate fund products.
Requirements:
Domestic or foreign well-known university Master degree on economics, real estate economics or finance;
At least 2 years’ experience in the research and valuation department of real estate developments or real estate funds; Have experience in overseas property market or investment analysis;
Fluent in English, proficient in PPT, with the ability to produce EXCEL financial model;
Chinese is a plus.
