【求助】143 的资助人 澳洲居住时间

自己来澳洲的主要目的之一就是希望把父母办过来。

457等3年，拿 186，是否拿到后，马上就可以办 父母的 143？

看到说 两个条件，一个是 PR，一个是 2年，很多都说不需要 PR 满两年。

不太懂，求助下各位高人！

18 years of age or older
living lawfully in Australia for at least two years before the visa application is lodged
one of the following:
an Australian citizen
an Australian permanent resident
an eligible New Zealand citizen.

谢谢啊，我查了呀，

但是这两个条件，是分先后，还是，互相不关联？貌似没有特别说明。

因为看到有些人说，需要 PR 1年，有的人说 ，需要PR2年。如果是相互不关联的话，其实就是 呆满两年，一拿到 PR 就可以了，那这样的话，就太好了

通知满足这几个条件就行
1. 18 years of age or older   OK
2. living lawfully in Australia for at least two years before the visa application is lodged  两年合法居住就可以， 有效visa就行 无需PR
3. one of the following:
an Australian citizen
an Australian permanent resident OK  
an eligible New Zealand citizen


你自己看 符合条件的新西兰公民都OK， 他们不是澳洲PR啊， 否则的话就没必要有这条了
