首次置业补贴FHOG申请时间

各位大侠：


      我家已经交了首付，发现这个FHOG可以合同签了12个月内就能申请。碰巧找的垃圾律师不给申请，broker也说要等贷款的时候才给申请。

     想问问各位大侠，有谁买楼花交了首付就能申请拿到这个补贴吗？

    看了看官网感觉有点不是特别明白。

HOW CAN I APPLY？

You can apply for the grant through your financial institution or directly through us, by submitting a First Home Owner Grant (New Homes) Application form (OFH001) (PDF).

Applications lodged with financial institutions will have the grant available for settlement or for the first draw down on contracts to build. 这是说明交首付之后吗？For a list of approved agents, visit the Approved agents page.

If applying directly with us, the house must be complete and you must be registered on title.

Applications must be lodged within 12 months of completion 这个也应该是签订合同后的12个月内吧or settlement of your new home. Your agent (for example, a solicitor or conveyancer) can help you lodge your application and documents with us.
