注释:a.图1周红色mark means the land were sold out.
b. There is a big parkland that is why Lot 109 - 115 were so popular.
c. the land(lot 101) we bought is unregistered lot, and may be available mid of 2015
The issue of Land contract
a.If the plan of subdivision changes slightly (up to 5 %) from what the plan looks like now to when the plan is registered, you may not claim money from the vendor.Please amend this clause(you could reorganize the words): If the plan of subdivision is made smaller than what the plan looks like now to when the plan is registered, the purchaser is entitled to claim money from the vendor at the price of $188.11 per square meter. In contrast, if the plan of subdivision is made bigger than what the plan looks like now to when the plan is registered, the purchaser will pay the vendor at the price of $188.11 per square meter.
b.The garage or a carport should be part of the house, and not have a flat roof unless it is similar in style to the main house. Please take out the carport in this clause.
c.There is no finance clause in the contract. We ask the solicitor to add.
