ok.
I am living in the townhouse at Morningside. 20years old , need some TLC.
I had noticed the roof leaking all the way down to the 1st level. I had the roof repair man came last year to fixed it, however the leaking was only getting better. Whenever it was pouring rain, there was still leaking.
I was not so happy with the 1st roof guy, although they came again try to fix the job.
I was getting other handyman, plumbers for inspection , they all quoted high price but could not tell me what exactly cause the problem.
The last roof guy came, did a thorough check, pinpointed the problem, took the photos to show me. and only cost me $80 to fix it. I have no issue since then. |
