Job Description
You will manage day-to-day projects on assigned client accounts within a busy creative agency including managing the trafficking of projects from start to completion through creative, production and dispatch, delivering to timelines and budgets. Assisting the Senior Account Manager in job profitability and internal agency costs (ensuring high extraction and margins on jobs) you will ensure jobs are accurately resourced and executed to meet client expectations and deliver on their brand. You will manage the all internal and external resources required to traffic workflow through the agency including production milestones of creative material generated by the Creative team. You will work closely with the Head of Design to ensure the work produced is of the highest possible standard within the parameters of time, quality and budget. This role requires confidence, initiative, ambition and the ability to work autonomously with your commitment to the needs of clients and the client teams.

Desired Skills & Expertise
Ability to project manage and traffic jobs and communicate well with many different personality types, both client and agency side and manage challenging situations with positive outcomes
A minimum of 2 years traffic experience in creative agency environment or similar with ability to remain calm and clear-thinking in "crisis" mode.
Understanding of the workflow of an agency including costing structures and what it takes to get each job done with a clear understanding of revenue process and profitability.
Experience in B2C sector an advantage, specifically beauty, luxury, prestige brands.
Experience in integrated media a must – an understanding of all media types, channels and technology.
Soft-skills – ability to confidently communicate and manage diverse personalities on all levels ; from clients to suppliers to internal teams.
Ability to swiftly gain overview of situations and prioritise activities with ability to motivate, lead and direct others in task-driven areas.
Highly organised with attention to detail, resilience and determination to achieve required results
Must believe in and be passionate about brands, media, social engagement and the creative process.
