Conceptualize and analyze client’s immediate and long-range business needs with respect to application program and system initiatives to formulate specific system development and integration objectives;
Evaluate client’s operational needs to define system performance requirements and development strategy based on integration of relevant technical parameters and the compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces;
Cooperate with other engineers to develop system design and architecture specifications, mainly including client server and database, referred in system integration;

Analyze system feature requirements and estimate hardware and software to install, configure and maintain new upgraded system, software and servers;
Set up and optimize distributed networks through Activity Directory in Windows server, and LDAP on Linux, and deliver comparison report between Linux and Windows server;
Set up **** testing environment within special system environment as Windows 2003, outlook 2003, Exchange Server 2003 & 2007, SharePoint 2007 to evaluate system operation performance;
Deploy single server and multiple servers test environments to test the scalability and performance, provide suggestion to improve system performance;
Make effort to system new features bug fixing and problem troubleshooting to ensure satisfying performance;
Formulate technical specifications and documentations and assist to keep the systems in line with current and future system engineering standards; etc.
