The 103 and 804 subclasses will be permanently closed to new applications (repealed) on Monday 2 June 2014. Applications not received before 2nd June 2014 will not be valid and will be returned.
6月2号之后收到的材料都视为无效而且将会返回
All applications made prior to the change will continue to be queued and processed in accordance with existing legislation, policy and Processing Direction.

As we are currently receiving very high numbers of applications due to the Budget announcement please do not ask for confirmation that we have received your application. If it was sent registerd mail, express mail or by courier you will have tracking details to use to confirm that the package has been delivered.

意思说现在别发信问是不是收到材料了，没时间处理，需要在快递上查是不是收到了。
