perth 119 签证被拒

本人昨天119签证被拒。问题在于雇主提名被拒。签证官认为中介提供的工作描述和我实际申请的会计职位不符，签证官认为该描述只是一个bookkeeper的职位而非accounant。可见参考如下
1. Advise on auditing system to control the investment and profit rate into a perfect percentage
2. Prepare periodic financial report and analysis the business performance on regular basis
3. Familiar with Australian Accounting procedures and taxation policies to apply relative professional standards and regulatory requirements
4. Advise on the payment on stock purchase and make random investigation for the transactions done at the shop
5. Communicate with the bank or financial institutions to update company information and minimize the operating costs and other expenditure
6. To travel to the outlet to monitor their record keeping system and check-out payment systems
7. Report to the management periodically and solving the
problems or advising the potential risks timely
8. Maximize the return of investment

目前以下事实。本人从中介给出的这份描述成功获得457签证，为何119就不行。其次，中介描述的确过去简单的确强调核对帐工作

请问，目前我该如何应对此事。
1，上诉成功率大否？周期多久？有没有尽快上诉审理的通道和办法？
2，撤案，等满2年457后转186或187（目前持有457才2个月）
3，撤案，直接重新申请187？


请大家帮忙，目前心情很焦虑，等了11个月等来这个结果。感觉中介的失误导致该情况的出现。

以前也看过类似的帖子，都是职位描述出了问题，这个文件得好好弄。
上诉是个机会，但要证据充分。

请问澳洲的雇主担保对雇主有何要求呢？比如雇主规模、成立时间等这些？

你好我和你遇到类似起情况 我的co没直接拒我 给了说明机会 昨天已经批了
给你推荐perth一个MA吧，是退休的前移民官，非常不错，我的case补材料时就找了他帮我review 你可以问问他

我不建议上诉 上诉也要先交三千多 而且上诉都是偏向co的 除非你非常strong 建议重新递交187 你问问raymond吧！
