My client, one of Australia’s largest companies is urgently seeking an IT Infrastructure Operations Team Leader for a permanent role.

Duties will include:-

•        Management and resolution of unplanned issues & incidents, establishing the root cause of unplanned issues and incidents and implementing permanent solutions.
•        Management of several 3rd party suppliers who are contracted to provide services and support to the business.

The successful candidate will have:-

•        Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications (eg: MCITP, MCSE)
•        ITIL v3.0 foundations
•        Extensive commercial IT operations experience.
•        Strong experience leading multi-disciplined IT infrastructure staff.
•        Demonstrated experience in IT Service Management.
•        Sound technical background with a high level of skill in operating and maintaining enterprise technologies.
•        Demonstrated, hands-on IT operations experience in a distributed environment.
•        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills capable of effectively presenting highly complex information, and to respond clearly to questions from staff, managers, and others.
