想发一箱小刀和弹弓去澳洲，求教

各位前辈达人们好：

在下刚刚移民去了澳洲，想试着做点小生意，想先发一箱小刀和弹弓去澳洲，总共100多件。

时间不急，所以为了省钱我想应该走海运的吧。

本来以为到岸交关税就行了，结果去了邮政人家说要走“商贸”件，邮局不能发。 我不懂。

想请教各位能手，给指点下如何安全经济的运送货物。北京的货物应该从哪里发货，价格大约是什么样的。

penalty for illegal slingshots

Customs has warned importers to make themselves aware of Customs regulations before ordering goods from overseas.

The warning follows a $5500 penalty handed down in Perth Magistrates Court on Monday 6 August 2007 for the importation of 1000 disassembled slingshots.

The slingshots were discovered by Customs officers at the Fremantle Container Examination Facility when they examined a sea cargo container when it arrived from China in December 2005.

The contents of the container were declared as toys.

Mr Robin Bin Lu appeared in court charged with importing prohibited imports under the Customs Act. He was fined $3000 and ordered to pay costs of $2500.

Customs Director Investigations Western Australia, Roland Dixon, said that many weapons that could legally be purchased overseas could not be imported into Australia without a permit.

"It is important that importers familiarise themselves with Customs regulations. Failing to check what items are prohibited will not protect you from prosecution," Mr Dixon said.

Slingshots with a wrist or forearm brace are considered prohibited imports under the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956 unless prior permission has been obtained.

弹弓在任何一个国家都不违法。金二金三都没宣布弹弓和菜刀违法了。

在兲朝，弹弓和菜刀一样，不违反任何法律法规，但是人治当局间歇抽疯，就完全无规律滴行政命令曰，不允许某个时间某个地点卖，比如大运会之菜刀，淘宝之弹弓。
没有具体靠得住的理由，人治社会就能勒令禁售。
谁都猜得着，无非是某灵道收受了新豪车，忽然想，TMD要是仇家请人用弹弓坏我豪车玻璃.........禁售弹弓！
