Hello everyone,

Thanks for attending this quarterly (季度性的) briefing and debriefing (工作调查汇报) conference sponsored by DCXG TREATMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE!

My name is Yping88 and I am the attending doctor in @dcxg Treatment Advisory Committee. I am hosting this conference today on behalf of @chubbycat , who has been occupied somewhere else by working outside of the committee (在外疯狂走穴) to make extra for his luxury FreeOz life!

To begin with, I would like to thank every single member in the committee for their hard working to maintain dcxg's psychological health and FreeOz's safety! A very well-done to all of you!

And I would also like to give my special thanks to our guest specialists (客座专家) @don @澳人建筑 for their friendly and specialized medical consultation (专业性的医疗会诊) on dcxg's treatment regime. Please be advised, your kind assistance has been truly appreciated along the way!

Without any further ado (不再罗嗦了), I would like to go ahead with the briefing (工作汇报) by singing my own praises (唱一唱自己的赞歌).

As an attending doctor, I have been working extremely hard to maintain dcxg's psychological health by assessing his presentations (临床表现) in a timely manner and come up with the correct diagnosis. I have done extensive research on his various symptoms and the predisposing factors (诱发原因) in a hope that his underlying diseases are targeted rather than just the symptoms (标本兼治) are addressed.

I have to admit that @dcxg is the most complicated and baffling (令人迷惑的) case I have ever experienced ever since I started my medical practice in FreeOz. Because he presents with different symptoms every single time, and most of which are new to FreeOz and creative. So, there is no way for me to draw on (借鉴) the previous experience to figure out what they mean and how far they could take @dcxg

Because I have been very much focusing on dcxg's progression and prognosis, I have missed out on doing online research to make a purchase for my mountain-climbing shoes, even though so many friends offered various constructive suggestions. Until now, I am still wearing my 100-year-old sneakers to climb mountains.

That's enough about me now, please be aware that what I said about me is not a complain but a job satisfaction! Heehee

Now, I would like to express my gratitude to @dcxg who is the most talented and most cooperative client (Actually, it is meant to be patient, but whatever! ) under my care.

Every time when dcxg experienced some psychological crisis, he can always make sound and perfect judgement on what is going on with himself, and triage (根据病情区分出轻重缓急) himself accordingly and send out urgent signals crying for medical attention when losing control over his behaviors.

Whenever the medical interventions are put in place, dcxg has done his best possible (Although his best is not good enough! ) to be compliant with the treatment regimes and shows some positive respond to them.

But, whenever dcxg missed a medication dose or took multiple medications as in a cocktail, he suffered from some relapses (病情复发) and even presented with some verbal aggressions!

Having said that (尽管说了这些), he is far from (决不是) being helpless!

What's most important, he is a genius with weird sense of humor!

Regarding @chubbycat 's performance, please excuse me, I need to take a long sigh before I get into it. Heeeheee

@chubbycat has done a fantastic job to be the first responder recognizing and answering @dcxg 's urgent calls. Then, he loads dcxg onto the ambulance and drops him off in emergency room. But, he always takes off straight afterwards and heads for somewhere else moonlighting on something gossipy (流言蜚语似的), not giving a rat about (对。。。莫不关心) what progression dcxg will experience at all.

@chubbycat I gotta remind you of something in this conference! Please stop making more fortunes by doing dirty laundry (出卖别人的隐私) on somebody's personal life. When you are back from your on-the-side job, we will sign you up for some inservices on how to keep someone's confidentiality confidential (保护别人的机密，隐私)!

We have put in effect some regulations within the committee to restrict your non-professional practice outside the committee, hopefully, you will learn better not to be greedy on FreeOz dollars that much.

You have already got millions of dollars in your FreeOz account, how much more do you need? Any limits set on that?

Believe me, Chubbycat, the current FreeOz dollars you have made would be able to ensure you a luxury FreeOz lifestyle and keep you on FreeOz celebrity's top rich list for years, years to come!

Now, please relax and volunteer something constructive for FreeOz community in return!

My apology for taking an extra time on the afternoon break, now let's pick up from where we left!

So far, we are reasonably satisfied with newozer's job performance in the committee, given he has been working on a long-distance base and has quite frequently been blocked out from FreeOz's service.

Even though he has endeavored bypassing the website lockdown (防御性禁闭) carried out by chinese media security watchdogs (监守者), he still has showed his powerlessness when he is called for reporting to his duty.

Please be advised, we have been grateful to the effort @newozer has made whenever code grey (This code means security is needed immediately to get under control someone's verbal/physical violence) was triggered by @dcxg 's aggressive behaviors.

However, I am afraid that we still have a bone to pick with you (挑一下你的毛病) , @newozer

For what you do as a security in FreeOz, you should have appreciated the cruciality (至关重要性) of punctuality (准时) and credibility (可靠). The strategy to avoid the procrastination (耽搁延误) should be the top priority listed in your professional portfolio (职业能力清单上) in FreeOz, whenever you expect some delay to respond to the emergency or possible absence from your duty, you should have alerted the authorities in FreeOz via alternative venue (另外可行的渠道), if there is one! Heeeheee

Anyway, please don't dwell on (老是去想) your previous performance and don't bash yourself up psychologically (别跟自个儿过不去), you need to focus on your potential competencies!

With regard to this performance evaluation, hope you can treat it with a positive approach and take on board the constructive attitude--Amend mistakes if you have made them and guard against them if you have not (有则改之，无则加勉)

The reason we left to the last the appraisal for nil's working performance within the advisory committee is: @nil has played the tremendous role in rescuing @dcxg from his most destructive self-directed and others-directed violence.

Until now, we still believe it's beyond our speech to describe the contribution nil has made to dcxg's management.

Usually after a diagnosis is figured out for dcxg, we will absolutely rely on nil to customize (针对个体制定的) a particular treatment regime aiming at protecting both dcxg himself and group targeted by his aggression.

The treatments nil has provided to dcxg have been proved to be right-on-target and most effective! The most reassurance is those medications are all cell-selective (细胞选择性的) and cause no side-effect on the healthy tissues.

That's why dcxg can still remain physically healthy to function normally at work while he is on medications. That is the crucial endpoint (最终目的) coming out of his treatment--Leaving his competent working function unscathed (未受损害的).

What's more special about nil is that she has come up with some meaningful abbreviations during the therapy process, such as PHD--Permanent Head Damage, TMD--Total Mouth Damage...Some of them has gone wide-spread in FreeOz and brought so much entertainment to this community.

@nil is a wonder who helps the Advisory Committee to survive the hardship whenever there is no way out along the way!
