请问拿QLD的驾照到VIC使用有什么需要注意的？

即将去墨尔本混，现持QLD的P2，即将转为open。本来打算考QLD的手动驾照，后来发现在VIC，只要持Open就可以增驾手动车（如下）。

An automatic transmission restriction will apply if you pass your probationary test in an automatic vehicle. You will be restricted to driving a vehicle with automatic transmission for the duration of your probationary period.
At the end of the probationary period, the A condition will be removed.

我的第一个问题是，如果拿QLD的自动档Open驾照去VIC，可以直接用吗？需不需要办理什么手续？
第二个问题是，如果可以直接用，那么可以直接持QLD的自动挡Open驾照在VIC开手动车吗（会开手动，不用考虑驾驶技术）？

你打算过VIC常住？还是过来短暂停留？如果是后者，你不需要考虑驾照问题，在昆州怎么用，就一样在维州怎么用。
如果你要迁到vic常住，那就去换vic驾照即可

Hi Samuel – when driving temporarily in Victoria you have to adhere to Victorian road rules and your license conditions. If you have an automatic transmission condition on your QLD licence, you must drive an automatic transmission vehicle while traveling in Victoria.

A letter from your home jurisdiction (QLD) detailing your licence condition(s) must be carried at all times when driving in Victoria.
