关于新生儿生育补贴领取事宜

各位大侠:
请教过来人一个问题  
最近刚拿到签证,准备今年11月份左右去短登一次. 我们有个新生宝宝,现在3个多月了,听说新生儿在52周之内可以申领生育补贴,但具体步骤不是很清楚,比如:
1.短登的时候能不能去申领? (目前打算短登一次,然后在国内再呆1~2年再去长登)
2. 如果1的答案可行的话,能否网上申请?
3. 听说申领必须要有税号,对我们短登的人来说有什么影响吗?

麻烦有经验的大侠们多多指教~~

短登领不到(领不全), 现在baby bonus是随FTA/B每两周发一次到你的帐号上,为的就是杜绝这种短登领了就跑路的人.唉....

      Baby Bonus $5000 paid in fortnightly. must meet 2 requirements.

     1) baby born in OZ and must be OZ citizens
     2) baby must stay in OZ, if u bring back to china, Family assist office will ask you to pay back the money

2) Family Benefit A and B

     This is a bit complicated. got old and new policy

    1) old policy:

        you can get some cash on fortnightly. you can get housing rebate if you rent house

    2) new policy:

       YOu get nothing for the first 2 years after you arrived.

Centerlink 有自己一套评估。身边有的朋友能拿到，有的就被告知要2年后才可以拿。

最好亲自去问，不同情况不同对待。

好像是不在这出生，5000的生育津贴是不可以拿的。

To be eligible for Baby Bonus you must be an Australian resident.

This means you have been living in Australia on a permanent basis and you are either:

an Australian citizen, or
the holder of a permanent resident visa, or
the holder of a special category visa - that is you arrived on a New Zealand passport, or
the holder of a particular temporary visa - either a 'partner provisional,' 'interdependency' or 'temporary protection' visa.
Your child must meet the above requirements or must be living with you.

Note: If you have recently arrived in Australia or are temporarily residing overseas you may need to provide evidence to support your intention to live in Australia permanently.
