If you don't plan to upgrade or change within near 10 years, then duplex is a good choice as nothing is different to a green title house.
But do a double check on the common wall neighbour beofore you buy a duplex, if you think the neighbour has problems such as drug, drinking, or lots of parties .... then don't go ahead. (most of time you can this information from talking to the neighbour, sometimes "good" agent tells you, but most unlikely). |
