WESTPAC3年固定利率降为6.79%，看来银行对未来的经济前景不是很乐观啊

Westpac is decreasing the 3 year fixed interest rate on the Fixed Rate Home and Investment Property Loans, available for both new and existing customers.

What the change?

Effective from Tuesday, 9 August 2011, the following Fixed Rates will be avaliable:
