这种方式挺好的，要不然多领的到时候又要退回去，怪不好受的。

但是提前领，可以offset掉部分房贷，没什么不好。

Please stop misleading people, the FTB policies stay almost the same. you porobaly will not be eligible for FTB-A, but should still be eligible for FTB-B

估计楼主指的牛奶金就是这个FTB-A部分。

假设楼主全职照顾孩子，作为家庭低收入方，且家庭年收入未超过上限的话，FTB-B部分应该还是有的。

我也希望是我们弄错了，但这是我老公的会计给他退税的时候告诉他的，他是专业会计，专门吃这行饭，研究这行的政策的，应该不会无中生有吧。不过我没有查证政府的文件就来论坛发帖造成大家的恐慌也不对，先自我检讨一下。希望有领到牛奶金的同学出来指证一下是否属实。
