自住一年为stamp duty优惠+自住半年为FHOG

我买房拿了stamp duty的减免优惠。这个优惠要求自住至少一年。
如果我满足了6个月的自住要求，确保了拿FHOG的合法性，但却没住满一年，是否得补足stamp duty的减免？还是连FHOG也受影响？

拿stamp duty concession要求住满12个月，If you move out of your home in the first 12 months, you need to notify us. We will reassess your transfer duty concession proportionate to the amount of time you lived in the home. You will have to pay us further duty. Penalties and unpaid tax interest may also apply.
