Your finance is in place and your’ve decided on the area you’d like to live in, here are the steps with finding a property checklist:
-        make a wish list
-        get to know the market
-        go to open inspections
-        keep an open mind
-        register with real estate agents
-        take a second look- get down and dirty
-        then take another look
-        check out local facilities and development plans
-        get to know the neighbours
-        write it down
-        get to know the outside, as well as inside
-        compromise
-        something wrong (most problems have a resolution, but there are costs involved and advice to seek. If the house is right and the repair costs suit your budget, consider negotiating a price to help cover the expense.)
-        making an offer( with a private treaty, try a low offer to gauge the seller’s reaction and increase it if it’s rejected)
