上午英语，下午计算机课程。
英语是5月1号THE SUN-HERALDD的新闻 “ Mafia Gangs peddle fakes” 大概的内容是澳洲的假货在黑市泛滥，假货不再仅仅是名牌手提包、香水、太阳镜、时装等，现在生活用品像洗衣粉、肥皂、牙刷、电池、剃须刀、手机、烟酒、电器、玩具等也有假货 ，甚至连小孩子的尿布都有假。新闻说查获的假货80%来自中国，“Figures from Customs show 80 per cent of the fake goods come from China. India supplies 6 per cent and South Korea 5 per cent.”作为中国人，听到这样的报道心里真不是滋味。
老师给我们的作业还是根据新闻回答问题，老师给我们每个人发了一个电脑，我的作业如下：
1.What is this article about?
The fake things in Australia are increasing.
2.Why does this article say that these people are peddling fakes?
They can get much benefit. The underworld mafia triads and motor bike gangs are using the sale of imported fakes to fund their other activities.
3.What items are being sold as fakes?
Laundry powder, tooth brushes, nappies, razor blades, brand-name handbags, perfumes, cosmetics, sunglasses, motor vehicle parts, mobile phones, toys, tobacco, alcohol and electrical goods.
4.Where are the fakes being made?
Figures from Customs show 80%of the fake goods come from China. India 6% and South Korea 5%.
5.Who are the people / groups the article suggests are importing the fake goods?
Outlaw motorcycle gangs and “Italian organised crime groups” and the people imported the fake goods.
6.What are some of the problems that can be encountered by buying the fakes instead of the real deal?
The fake bathroom items can contain dangerous chemicals, batteries can explode and poorly made electrical items can electrocute consumers. Fake baby formula caused illness and death.
7.How much money do they suggest is involved in the illegal imports?
It could be costing local business more than $600 million a year.
8.What people would be most affected by the illegal imports? Many people are affected by the importing of illegal fake products. For example business owners who sell the products would lose sales as well as poorer people who may be buying products of inferior quality.
9.Would you buy a fake? Why? Why not? Yes, sometimes I would buy. Because they are cheaper than the real ones. But I never buy fake food.
10.What other information can you find out about fake goods? Where they are made? Who makes them?
I found the fake UGG shoes in Sydney shop but I don’t know where they were made.
11.What are some of the world issues raised by buying fake goods? (Drug trafficking? People trafficking?) Drug makes a lot of crimes. People trafficking is major burden for the Australian Government.
12.How do you think the Australian government should deal with the fake imports? How can they stop this?
Australian government should have the strict policy to deal with all of the fake things. Ask the fake things owner pay heavy fine till they are broken.

1是写一个party invitation，要有时间、地点、参加人、衣服的要求等。邀请函要有艺术性和趣味性，既要有文字还要有插图。
2根据招工的广告写一个应聘信，要有简历，要用所学的电脑功能，比如:Tabs, Bolding, Paragraphing, Spell check等。
作业完成后下次上课再交，这个学期的课程快要结束了。
