大家好！父母是PR，在国内生孩子，如何为婴儿申请签证？有谁在国内进行过婴儿体检吗？？婴儿体检是否需要胸透和抽血？递交申请需要提供哪些材料？？谢谢大家！！

CONTENT(101 Visa)
1． Form 47CH Application For Migration To Australia By A Child;
2． Form 40CH Sponsorship For A Child To Migrate To Australia;
3． Visa  Application  Charges （paying by postal, you can see the copy of  proof of payment ）
4． Four passport photos of the visa applicant;
5． 6 labels with my postal address written on them (write in Chinese script)
6． Notary Certificate of birth of the visa applicant;
7． Certified copy of the child’s original birth certificate;
8． Certified copy of the child’s household registration booklet (hukou ben);
9． Evidence that the parents are Australian permanent residents (passport with permanent residence visa)
10.  The copy of passport (about the applicant)
11．Consent letter issued by Baby’s natural father with current contact details and ID photocopy

13.  A notarised copy of  Marriage  Certificate ( about the applicant’s parents)

太感谢楼上的朋友了！请你你的孩子有在国内申请过护照及签证吗？可否介绍一下更具体情况？因为我所在城市没有澳驻华使馆，申请婴儿签证时是否需要母子亲自前往才行？另外我想知道签证官最主要哪些材料，需要怀孕时的相关病历证明吗？或者仅仅是新生儿出生证明及父母关系等即可。再谢大家！！

护照办理大概15个工作日

申请婴儿签证不需要母子亲自前往，材料寄到大使馆就可以了。
