看了黑眼睛的电影发现老到又瘦了，惭愧一下

4年前的十一月份第一个星期天，天下着大雨，穿着军用雨衣，沿着CookRiver 走到飞机场再走回来，是一件不是非常容易的事。

今天和朋友重走这条路，看到很多人沿着河边散步，骑自行车，甚至踢足球，尽管天有点热。在路上居然看到很多人去一个刚开的家具大超市靠近飞机场。我真想和他们一起去看一看，但想到买了必须背回来，走十公里，还是算了吧。

下周如果天气好，将和黑眼睛一起去Freeman 地区。

Let us go to Lake Macquarie region, part of central coast for this Sunday in order to join Lake Macquaire 11月12-13日周末露营在Freemans by 黑眼睛

We will have two easy walks

The Palms Track (750M-1000M, 30 mins)
This is an excellent place to escape the summer heat and wander below a canopy of cabbage tree palms. The retack leads you through a variety of vegetation types.

Caves Beach Walk (5-6 km, 2 hours)
This part of track is the best place in Central Coast region to watch whale and dolphin. We may see a lot if luck.

Many thanks Blackeyes for organizing such great outdoor activities in Lake Macquarie region of Central Coast.

Most of us walked two easy short tracks at Birdie Beach and Caves Beach.

All of us enjoyed very much with different experience.

It is our tradition to see Sculpture by Sea in Bondi Beach annually since 2009.  One of our mates, the female artist had a great art exhibition at site 17 in 2009, and inspiring many of us.

In 2010, we had another different experience walking in the same site. See #256-267 of Sydneyhiking Club.

What could you see at the same site this year 2011?

Let us find the answer through coastal walk from Bondi Beach to Googee Beach for this Sunday,
and

this Sunday walk will be the last one organized by Sydneyhiking Club in 2011.

this coastal walk from Bondi to Googee (return) is only about 12 KM for 5 hours, starting at Bondi Beach, lunch break at Googee.
This is Sydney's best known coastal walk and for good reason. It's a stunning path that hugs the clifftops and beaches all the way to Googee. There are cafes or kiosks at every beach, lifeguards to look out for you in the surf and saltwater pools at Bondi, Bronte, Clovelly and Googee. The narrow notch of Clovelly Bay also offers good snorkelling on a calm day- you can see large blue groper and many other fish. This walk is throngerd with joggers on a weekend morning so aim for a weekday if you are able to or start early and finish the walk with breakfast at a beachside cafe.


Meeting time and place
10 AM the 20th of Nov (Sunday), at the crossing of Campbell Pde and Notts Ave of Bondi Beach.

How to go
a) Get tyhere by bus
    I) 333 prepay only, 380: Circular Quay (Stand E) to Bondi Beach;
    II) 361 Bondi Junction (Stand K) to Tamarama;
    III) 381 Bondi Junction (Stand A) to Bondi Beach.
b) Get there by Car
    It is easy to get there by car, but it is trick to find free car park. It is recommended parking car a little far from beach and walking (up to 1000 meters) to the beach.

今年2011和去年是不一样，至少没有我们一个mate的健美的上背，也没有见到传说中的＂断背山＂的两个主角，他们中的一个现居住在中国，另一个现居住在悉尼。

Coffs Harbour is real good place for short stay.

I walked there in 2009 Easter Holiday , but I did not understand why I did not find her beauty.

Yesterday Nov 22, 2011 I walked at Muttonbird Island and nearby for about 2 hours,  and  found the real face although weather was not perfect.

Walking around Capitol Hill of Washington DC of USA on Nov 30 2011 is real different experience with the aid of Marmot super lightweight clothes.
See Nov 30 2011.... for some photos.

In winter of 2012, we may often go to snow mountains for hiking and overnight camping. Let us have different experience in winter in half year.

It is Dec 3 2011, today, the first weekend that I have a chace of real walking in USA.

I waked at Canyon Lake region of Superstition area of Arizona with friends. It rained today, which is very unusual in Arizona state. I were told there are only less then 4 raining day in this state.

Landscapes and views at Canyon lake region is very so beautiful，which is similar to the place when  老道、圆月、旗开德胜和我4人2009年10月大雨中走在蓝山的地方，甚至更好。

明年初Overland track 的开始部分和今天的风景非常相似。

可见Dec 3 2011 of 我的脸谱一些相片。

今天2011年12月6日正式开始去大峡谷徒步的行程。

今天在离凤凰城3个小时的红岩石县（red rock county)徒步了半天，开车和徒步途中看到的岩石、峡谷、大雪、冰块、鲜花和绿叶子的植物真是太美了。在这个县大约有150条难易不同的track，适合于不同的季节。今天温度零下8度，万里无云。

听当地人讲，夏天爬峡谷（canyon),冬天爬山顶(hill) 是非常舒服的，因为冬天太冷、到处都是冰雪；夏天太热，但峡谷温度不高。

Arizona 有许多山和峡谷，这里有几千条长短难易不一样的tracks,真是徒步者的天堂。我不能说AZ是世界上最漂亮的地方，但可以说是最漂亮的地方之一。

每个track离镇较运，需要开车。好多tracks需要露营。我看到许多人这样做。我现在终于理解为什么户外用品、特别是超轻、超小、超保暖、超防水的在美国特流行，因为需要量很大。

今天2011年12月7日
是我爬山徒步7年以来最伟大的一天。

零下10度，到处都是雪和冰块，走在世界上最大的峡谷：Grand Canyon of Arizona of USA, 真是和一般的在澳洲、新西兰、欧洲、中国完全不一样。
到这里才知道世界的伟大，风景的美丽和人类的微小。这个世界真是太奇妙了。

大峡谷从不同的观景点看去完全不一样，实际上世界上没有完全相同的东西。在大峡谷这里你会感觉到眼睛太小，绝对需要鱼眼：180度广角。老道的鱼眼这个时候用会非常powerful,比在西澳照油菜花彩虹好多了。老道，为了你的广角鱼眼有正经用的地方，大峡谷绝对值得来一趟。如有可能，我会和你一起来的。

关于在大峡谷的徒步，这里有许多难易不等的trial。Horseshoes 是一个相当难的day track,需要体力非常好，带至少5升水，走到最下端再爬回来，大约需7至9小时。一些人可做overnight camping at the bottom,但需permit，可在公园里申请。这个track还是相当危险的，即使体力好经验丰富还是不够的。今天和公园的ranger 说话，知道有一个24岁的美国小伙子在底下迷路了，天黑了，没有任何机会和外界联系。卫星电话和急救GPS，军用Balcon在下面都不好使。

傍晚在大峡谷看日落、月亮和五彩嫔飞的色彩真是天大的Bonus.

今天照了724张相片，好像看起来每张都不错。用CanonG12的广角功能尽管没有老道的鱼眼好，质量还不算太差。

明天早上起来看大峡谷的日出，希望是一个更美丽的一天。
