突然有个问题，不是规定说三部分fail一个可以补考，不过，像CPPAP这样CD1fail，oral surgeryfail，那岂不是有两part都fail，怎么还可以补考呢？不明白规则是什么了：（

真是每个人的感觉不一样，我是越往后觉得越简单，英语最难。

再想问一下老硬，melbourne的那个半年的 certification课程录取时要经过一个skill assessment。不知道他们会考到哪些操作呢？谢谢

记得不是太清楚了，不过至少包括，cavity prep，restoration，crown prep。x-ray，endo有没有记不清了。

我刚接到通知supplementary时也感觉很奇怪，不过最近收到考试日程安排，发现很多参加supplementary的考生都是CD1或CD2 加一个CD3的subsection。

楼主，你好，最近听读nurse的朋友说，来澳洲后如果脱离原来临床工作5年以上，就不给注册了，牙医有这个规定吗？从出国起5年内如果通不过考试就不能注册了？焦急中！

牙医没有这个规定。临床医生也没听说这个规定。至少以前很多脱离临床很久的医生考到执照后都注册行医了。

Just got the result of ADC preliminary exam. I passed the whole thing.
Well, now, the hardest part is coming- Final!!
BTW, i wonder how's CPPACP doing with his supplimentary.
Haven't heard from him for a long time.

楼主我想咨询一下，我老婆的情况是这样的：她矫正牙齿，国内的牙医说大概需要1年半到2年时间，在国内已经带了牙套10个月了，带的是自锁的牙套，想过去澳洲。想咨询一下，到了那边好不好找牙医？如果在那边继续治疗的话，费用你估计大概要多少？你建议是到澳洲去做还是在国内做完？

这边好找牙医。
费用我不太好估计，一般从头开始大致要7-8000澳元。
在哪做都能取得应得的效果。

准备考执照,但是很怵OET, 做了很多年的RESEARCH, 专业词汇什么的都忘了快.

英语（我指的是OET，不是专业词汇）现在越来越难了。
专业词汇你可以通过阅读专业书籍来熟悉，比如oxford handbook就非常好，涵盖面广，书也不厚。

只有speaking和writing是有关牙医的，listening和reading都是医学相关的。
而且不考专业知识，只考英语水平。所以即使你的治疗计划是胡编的，只要英语表达得好就可以。

那个那个请问下microhard话说我也想考牙医执照呢，但是不知道我这种情况能不能通过assessment，

我在国内是口腔医学七年制专业毕业，本科学位证上写的是医学学士，硕士是口腔医学，我们学校毕业那年才能靠执照，可是我当时申请了这边的PHD由于入学和签证时间冲突了，我当时就没考，今年回去刚考了操作通过了，如果笔试也通过了的话，那我也只有资格证，没有注册单位，不知道这样可不可以呢？

我看那个assessment application form上要写注册和实习单位什么的。。

这个肿么办啊？

这里找牙医还是很方便的，如果距离比较远，还是就近找比较方便。

i just had ADC prelim exam last thursday and friday in hk. let me share what i got:
it was taken place in the British Council HK, they sent me the notification of date and venue more than 1 month ago
there were 4 candidates taking this exam including me(HK), a Japanese, a Korean, a Chinese from Taiwan.
there are a few questions repeated from the 1000 MCQ bank, and even there are repeated question WITHIN the paper,
i really doubt if they have checked the paper before they release. 2 questions nearly the same in paper 1 MCQ and 2 very similar in paper 2 MCQ, 2 questions exactly(same wordings!) the same appeared in paper 1 and 2 MCQ
the SAQs, this year there are 3 compulsory questions to be finished in 1hour, so all 3 are compulsory and no need to choose and read other questions.
the over all impression of prelim exam is not very difficult, they are testing the basic thing and very clinical thing.

both the Korean and I are taking this exam for the 1st attemp, but for Japanese it is his second time becoz he failed the final exam in sydney and he is doing it all over again, the Taiwan girl has failed the prelim previously, she is retaking the prelim exam and she had never got into the final exam yet.

i hope i can pass and take the clinical exam next year.
