知道高速计算机研制的意义吗？
有一个事实是，很多高科技产品对中国是禁运的。但中国急需。于是投钱上马自己做。刚把关键技术攻克有初步的产品研制出来，美国就宣布这个技术对中国解禁，大量的成熟产品立刻抢占中国市场将还没成熟的中国自己研发的产品杀死在起初阶段。

research is research.
Lots of research fail. Happened both in china and the USA
