关于family tax benefit的疑问

BB上个月刚出生， 今天收到政府的信，说我们不能享受family tax benefit，因为我们的收入太高（我记得我填的家庭收入是13万一年，而且是税前哦，还没扣除我接下来休半年的无薪产假呢），13万也算太高吗？ 那什么条件才能有family tax benefit呢？ 我上FAMILY ASSIST的网硬是没找到相关的规定，郁闷～～～～～

哪位能帮忙解答下？不知道是不是自己哪里填错了～～

One you start your no-pay maternity leave, you should change your income estimate. The rate page is the following:

刚看了一下：If your family income is above this income limit （$44,165）, your Family Tax Benefit Part A will reduce by 20 cents for each dollar over that amount until you reach the base rate of Family Tax Benefit Part A

那例如家庭收入是94，165（比规定的超了50，000），那就是要减掉50000×0.2=10000？可全年的牛奶金都没这么多啊？ 是不是我理解有问题呢？

It will reduce 20 cents until to your FTB A to zero.  it  means that you will not get FTB A if your family income reach a certain value. For example, if this is your first baby, you will get no FTB A if your family income is more than $98,672.
