help me to correct my thanks letter to owner

I have written a letter to my owner as we will move out her property. Please help me to correct the letter. Thank you.

Letter as following:

Subject: It’s hard to say good bye!

Dear Jennifer,

As to our personal reason we have to move another house, it’s hard to say goodbye with you. Thank you for your good property and your kindness.

We have been living in your property more than 10 months. During the periods, the entire members in my family lived very cozy and comfortable.

We have appreciated that your lovely house and full appliances. You are the great owner who is thoughtful and kind. Your property is so great that we had spent perfect days on it. We love your shoes cabinet, brand new kitchen, oven, gas heater, warm bath room, large room wardrobes, and convenient dinner table set etc.

In the past days, we also do our best endeavor to protect the house and appliance in good condition. We clean the room frequently and mowing regularly. It was a nice memory to spend in your house.

Thank you very much again. Nothing can express our gratitude with words. Keep in touch in the future.

I'm writing this letter to thank you for your 10 months' help as we are about to leave for another place. We've been very grateful for your kindness and hospitality! Thanks to our personal reasons we'll have to go.

Time darks so fast. I still remember the vivid images of the first day we met. You treated us like we would have been part of your cozy family which showed us your great personality. We've been moved by your kindness and hospitality.

We appreciate the fact that you kindly lent us your newly refurbished house which we loved everything about, the shoes cabinet, fully-equipped kitchen, large wardrobes, dinner table, beautiful lawn... If we could, we'd live here for ever!

On the other side, we've been doing our best to maintain, and protect your property at a very high living level.

All in all, it’s really hard to say goodbye and to express our gratitude. Days spent here will turn to pieces of lovely memories. We wish you the best from the bottom of our hearts!
