早上看到别的论坛上关于南澳州政府担保的政策有所改变，英文的Concessional English要求变成了6，并且要求申请人有SA的job offer（是必备条件），是真的吗？～～～～～～

Recent changes to program

* Off list permanent (176/866) sponsorship available for applicants with an employment offer in South Australia
* Expansion to work experience waiver for recent international students
* Concessional English available for provisional (487/475) sponsorship applicants with an employment offer in South Australia

是这样的，但是只有平均6分的需要offer,四个6就不需要了！
This provision is available to Provisional 475 applicants and cannot be used in conjunction with any other waiver. Applicants must provide the following:

IELTS* Test Report Form showing you have an overall band score of at least six (6.0)

AND

A written employment offer of at least 6 months in a skilled occupation. The employment offer must be based in South Australia and be full-time (at least 35 hours per week)

Important: From July 1 2009 applicants are no longer required by DIAC to pay the Concessional English fee of AUD$2,500 to TAFE SA.

475拿CCE的(就是雅思只有平均6分的）要offer
176/886 off-list的（就是职业不在SA州担保职业清单上的）要offer

去官方网站仔细看清楚吧，不要自己吓自己
