Dear Jing CHEN
I refer to your application for a Class VF, subclass 475 Skilled - Regional Sponsored visa,
received on 10 March 2009.
I am writing to advise that your application for migration to Australia is nearing completion. A
decision whether or not visas will be granted will be made when all the requirements listed in
this letter have been met.
The information in this letter applies to the following:

an initial entry to Australia on these visas by no later than -14/04/2010.

● The following applicants over 18 years of age have not demonstrated that they satisfy the
functional English language requirement required for this application.
Secondary Applicants:

The 2nd instalment VAC must be paid for each person listed above. The amount depends on
the date the application was received by this office, and is AUD$2,925 for applications received
from 1 July 2008.
This application cannot be approved unless the required amount is paid for each applicant named,
and the application may be refused if the amount owing is not paid within the prescribed period
which can be found within the 'Timeframe for Response' section of this letter. Further information
about how to make the payment is available at the end of this letter.
Each person in respect of whom a 2nd instalment VAC is paid is entitled to up to 510 hours
English language tuition after arrival in Australia.
Charges should be paid promptly so that processing of the application is not delayed
unnecessarily.
Passport details
All applicants must provide details of their passport or travel documents before the application
can be finalised. Please ensure that your travel documents have an adequate period of validity
to allow you to enter Australia. Please note that any visas granted will be linked to the passport
information held by this office.

the applicants’ passports, including any amendments such as passport validity extensions.
If any applicant does not currently hold a passport, or needs to extend or renew a passport, please
arrange this now and provide copies of relevant pages.
