176和175哪一个容易些呢?

如果两个都满足条件的话,哪个比较容易,哪个比较快呢?

以目前新政而言，条件都满足的话～
175容易些（不用找担保）
176快一些（新政加速处理）

如果你能做176，愿意呆在那里2年，又不在csl上，那还是建议你走176快很多。

176州担保,是只要在那个州的范围内生活就可以?,还是每个州的较繁华的城市都排除在外?我没找到规定.
