Are you on Optus ADSL or cable?

If ADSL, email provisioning@exetel.com.au and explain that you would like to move to Exetel Naked from Optus ADSL.

If you are on Optus cable you cannot get ADSL with any provider. You will have to pay Telstra to establish a phone line on copper before you can apply for ADSL.

想换宽带很久了。但是固定电话还是想要的。
查了自家电话号码，结果如下：

Exchange Code: TNBY
Exchange Availability: NO
Exchange Capacity Reached: NO
Telephone Service Availability: Not available now
ADSL2 Service Availability: Not available now

TNBY的exchange 没有optus的dslam所以装不了
